All jewellery sold by Malhotra Jewels is made with hallmarked gold and certified diamonds as per industry standards. Certification details are provided at the time of purchase.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations in gold, diamonds, and other precious materials. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of billing. Full payment must be made before delivery of the product.
3. Custom & Bespoke Orders
Custom-designed or made-to-order jewellery is crafted as per customer specifications. Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded. Timelines shared are indicative and may vary due to design complexity.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are subject to product condition and company policy at the time of purchase. Making charges, taxes, and certification fees may be non-refundable. Certain items such as customised jewellery may not be eligible for return or exchange.
5. Buyback & Exchange Policy
Buyback or exchange of jewellery is governed by prevailing company policies and market rates. The value will be assessed based on weight, purity, and condition of the jewellery at the time of evaluation.
6.Product Care & Responsibility
Malhotra Jewels is not responsible for damage caused due to improper handling, wear and tear, or alterations done by third parties. Customers are advised to follow jewellery care guidelines.
7. Availability of Designs
Designs displayed in-store or online are subject to availability. Malhotra Jewels reserves the right to discontinue or modify designs without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
